Alucases can be supplied in any length upto 1.5Mtr. You may specify any graphic design for the End Panels and Top of the case, in addition you may specify a label for the base of the case.
Alucase is particularly suited to circuit board electromagnetic shielding, the end panels can be contructed with copper clad 0.8mm FR4, much like a Printed Circuit board providing excellent electrical and electromagnetic conductivity around the whole of the Alucase.
In addition, Front and Rear panels can carry printed cuircuits allowing key pads and led back lighting to be incorporated into the panel design. Our designers can make suggestions and assist with the implimentatation of these features.
Alucase enclosures are suitable for cellphone modem and commercial radio communications, military equipment, aerospace products, microwave electronics assemblies and sub-assemblies, or any enviroment where a robust, fully customised casing solution is required.

Graphic overlays for Alucase electronic enclosures are available on fast turn-around for prototyping and low volume production. Alucase graphic overlays will put the finishing touch to your design by providing a clean, professional appearance with digitally printed high durability custom graphics.
AluCase A for PCB 55mm wide
Silver or black anodized aluminium extruded box section to take PCB 55mm wide by upto 1.5Mtr long, with an internal height clearance of upto 26mm. Ideal for small circuits, R.F. amplifiers etc.
AluCase B for PCB 100mm wide
Silver or black anodized extruded aluminium box section to take PCB 100mm wide by up to 1.5Mtr long, with an internal height clearance of upto 26mm. Slim profile for space conscious applications
AluCase C for PCB 100mm wide
Silver or black anodized aluminium extruded box section to take PCB 100mm wide by upto 1.5Mtr long, with an internal height clearance of up to 41mm.
AluCase D for PCB 160mm wide
Silver or black anodized aluminium extruded box section to take pcb 160 wide by upto 1.5Mtr long, with an internal height clearance of up to 49.5mm.
AluCase Bezel
Silver or black plastic bezels to wrap round the edges of the end plates . They conceal the screws and edges of the end panels and graphic overlays.
AluCase Gasket
Oil resistant silicon sponge gaskets. Thickness 1.5mm. Sold as pairs complete with 8 optional washers to fit under the screw heads to increase rating from IP65 to IP66. Usually sold complete with removable centres. Colour varies (grey or white).
AluCase Mounting Bracket
Extruded anodized aluminium mounting bracket for fixing AluCase housings to walls, panels, vehicle bulkheads etc. Mounting Bracket slides into any external dovetail feature on any AluCase housing and is retained by the end plates. Lengths available are 40mm and 80mm
AluCase Heat Sink
Silver anodized aluminium extruded heatsink suitable for surface mount power devices and through hole transistors up to TO 220 size. Can be used as a free standing air cooled heatsink mounted perpendicular to the circuit board. Alternatively, it can be mounted parallel to the board on top of surface mount integrated circuits or transistors. Ideally Heat-Sink should be used with extruded aluminium enclosures such as the AluCase which have slots for circuit board mounting.
