AluCase custom electronic enclosures.
Alucase is light weight, low cost and has a hard silver anodized finish. The enclosure end plates are fixed via self tapping screws into screw ports, covered by asthetic bezels to give a professional finish.. Optional gaskets provide a splash proof seal and mounting on to a surface is made possible with the optional Mounting Brackets fitted into dovetail grooves on the side of the Alucase.

Our graphic front and rear panel overlays are manufactured from durable laminate material that we have carefully chosen and tested to have the look, feel, and durability of silk-screened lexan - but at lower cost and quicker production time. The combination of our precision machined panels and our high quality digital graphic overlays with LED, lamp, or LCD windows provides a production quality panel that in most applications is superior to silk-screened or engraved panels.

Although there's no fixed length, because of shipping restrictions, we can only supply lengths up to 1.5m. If you are collecting in person, the maximum lengthis 3m. All angles must have a minimum inside radius of 1mm. Front Panel thicness can be 3mm,1.6mm,1mm,0.8mm, the standard product is supplied with 0.8mm or 1mm panel thckness.
